        Error messages:

        The following error message may occur when loading the program:
        "Error (error #) in swap initialization", where error # is one
        of the following:
        -1  EMS error.  Indicates problem with your EMS driver.
        -2  Disk error. Indicates problem with disk or not enough disk space.
        -4  Internal.   Indicates a corrupt executable file.  Reinstall.

        The following error message may occur when executing the program
        via hotkey:
        "Edt error (error #)"
        "(error message)" where error # and error message are one of the
        following:

        1   "Couldn't find swap file"
            The swap file was deleted during an execution of the dictionary.
            Unload/Reload dictionary or reboot.

        2   "Swap file missing"
            Same as 1 above.

        4   "Too many open files"
            Increase FILES=??? specification in config.sys.

        5   "Access denied"
            File attribute error.  Unload/reload dictionary or reboot.

        6   "Cannot locate COMSPEC"
            Invalid COMSPEC environment setting or memory error.  Check order
            of TSR loads.  Unload/reload dictionary or reboot.

        7   "Memory control blocks damaged"
            Memory error.  Check order of TSR loads.  Unload/reload dictionary
            or reboot.

        9   "Error reading EMS"
            EMS Memory error.  Unload/reload dictionary or reboot.  Use /do
            option (see above Other Options) if persists.

        10  "Not enough disk space"
            Free additional disk space.

        11  "Invalid drive"
            Invalid drive letter specified in /ds option (see above Other
            Options).

        12  "Error writing swap file"
            Disk error.  Run chkdsk on drive loading from.

        13  "Interrupt 0 unsafe"
            Internal error.  Check order of TSR loads.  Unload/reload
            dictionary or reboot.

        14  "Too many file handles"
            More than 255 file handles specified to DOS.  Reduce and
            unload/reload dictionary or reboot.

        15  "Bad swap file path"
            This should never occur.

        16  "Swap file exists, no overwrite allowed"
            This should never occur.

        17  "Interrupts changed during shell"
            Internal error.  Check order of TSR loads.  Unload/reload
            dictionary or reboot.

        18  "Too many Memory Control Blocks"
            Memory error.  Check order of TSR loads.  Unload/reload dictionary
            or reboot.

        19  "Not enough memory to load program"
            Not enough memory available to load program.  Unload, free some
            DOS memory, and reload or reboot.   You should have 512K DOS
            memory available before you load the dictionary.
