FED is a programmers Folding Text Editor.  It requires DPMI.  Folding
means the program can visually hide text between a start and end point, 
which is useful, for example, to hide Loop routines out of the way.

Saved changes to the programs configuration are saved in the startup
directory in a file "fed.cfg".  If you play the built-in Tetris game, 
high scores are saved in a file "fed.rec".
