SBPMORSE is a program by Darrek Kay, that uses
the SoundBlaster card to send and recieve Morse
Code (CW) communication through the microphone
connection of your (amateur radio) tranceiver.

If the program can not detect a soundblaster
(or compatible soundcard), it will not start.
