Obligatory Legal Stuff:
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Some of the example worlds supplied with this program include
monster, spell, and character descriptions. Such descriptions
were made to be AD&D-compatible (since AD&D is still the most
popular roleplaying game on the market), and in order to achieve
this compatibility, it was necessary to use AD&D terminology
(which is still the most widely-understood RPG terminology). The
purpose of using this terminology was not to support AD&D, but
rather to use a common terminology/language which nearly all
roleplayers can decipher.

This terminology was, of course, developed by TSR Inc. Use of it
in the example worlds supplied with this program is not intended
as a claim over the rights to this terminology (if such rights
can be said to even exist, which is doubtful). Likewise, AD&D is
a trademark of TSR Inc, and use of AD&D terminology within this
program is not intended as a claim over any trademarks owned by
TSR Inc.

To cast an even broader disclaimer: Any of TSR Inc's AD&D
material which is used within the example settings supplied with
this program has, of course, been previously copyrighted by TSR
Inc (All Rights Reserved), and is used here without TSR Inc's
permission. Such use of TSR Inc's copyrighted material or
trademarks should not be viewed as a challenge to those
copyrights or trademarks. This program is not authorized or
endorsed by TSR Inc, and TSR Inc cannot be held liable for any
damages resulting from its use.

As for the program itself, it is not designed to be used with any
particular game system. The program is Copyright 1996 Jim
Vassilakos, but it may be redistributed so long as such
distribution is free of charge (i.e. it may not be sold).
Netizens are encouraged to distribute it with their own RPG
settings which they themselves create.
