GETERROR is a TSR used for testing programs prior to 
creating batch files.  After loading, it reports the 
last error code sent by a program whenever GETERROR 
is again run.  With knowledge of what error codes 
your programs are generating, you can write intelligent 
batch files that use error code logic operations.
